Just as important, you will be well-informed of your new pool’s progress throughout every step of the construction process – from the original custom design to the after-build clean up. You will be as involved as you want to be! The staff has made a commitment to exceeding your expectations and will offer you excellent customer service before, during and after your new swimming pool is built. We don’t want to pull any tricks or lead you to believe nothing goes wrong during a project. Sometimes things go wrong, and Pierce Pools is always equipped to deal with them safely and efficiently. You’ll be kept up to date on every development and roadblocks, should they occur. Not only does our team want to make this experience as stress-free for you as possible, but we also want you to have fun as you watch your vision come to life.
